Friday Fun.... lots of info including a CT CALL... what?

Happy Friday all! It is almost the end of another month. Don't they just go by FAST? For me it is a reminder of how FAR I am BEHIND in my Project 365... Holy Moly - I last posted Jan 26th. Shoot - I really need to get caught up on that or I will be saying FORGET it! Am I a quitter? Any encouragement out there for me???

Ok... I decided to start with the good stuff first! SPEED SCRAP tonight at DIGITAL CANDY! Speed Scrap is being hosted by Christie Lemmon and Steel City Scraps and starts at 10pm EST... see you there!

Next up is more great news. I am taking on the advertising for new shop that is coming soon! And.... wait for it.... wait for it... ok... we are having a CT Call. We are looking for digital scrappers to showcase the wonderful kits from our designers. Guess who is a designer at this shop... Digi-Designs by Nicole. And so many more!!!!! Also... if you are a hybrid scrapper, please apply. This is a paper and digi site so there are many wonderful opportunities.
In case you can't read the image (you CAN click on it and it will enlarge), it says:

Last week on Saturday I got the chance to meet a fellow speed scrapper from ScrapMatters. Michelle, known as msbrad, had flown into San Diego to visit family and I met up with her. She also got to meet my little boys. Ryan, my oldest who is 7, brought lots of Transformers with him and proceeded to show Michelle's DH how to work them. I got a cute picture of that. It was great to meet someone I talk to online! So... come on everyone... drive/fly down to San Diego. I made a layout with a picture of our meeting for the Speed Scrap earlier this week at ScrapMatters. I used a great kit from Bon Scrappatit - chance of rain. This kit is adorable. For full credits, click HERE.

Stolen Moments has teamed up with Jessica Edwards this week and look at this adorable kit they created! It is called Polka Dotted Bikinis. Such a cute (very surfer girl) kit. Click the kit to go directly to Stolen Moments shop at Digital Candy! And if you head over to her blog, you will find a matching freebie! What is better than that?
Oh... I was able to make a boyish layout with it.... not too bad huh? Do you think my boys are really at the beach?

Okay, I am out in left field today! Sometimes I get confused as to what is what and where! LOL!

I wished to comment on your meeting with Mrs. Brad and HOW EXCITING is THAT! LOVELY photo of two BEAUTIFUL ladies and I'd fly on down in heartbeat if finances permitted! I might be down that way come July as my little brother is coming out from Texas for a wedding on his wife's side and there is talk of us having a FAMILY REUNION on our side (many we've never met and been years since seeing those we have) in Southern California. I also have several siblings and my mother living in Southern California.

YAH! Good change we may meet up ONE day in the not TOO distant future! WOO HOO!

AWESOME work with *Chance of Rain*!!! Wondering what the "chances" are I'll ever get that one finished! It's in the works soon.

Thank you for ALL that you do for ALL of us in SCRAPLAND Ms. Sarah - you be ROCKIN' mamacita! *big grin*

Love and hugs,
Linda :)
